Flat Rate Shipping: $8 on all orders under $50, standard ground.

Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is free on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping: Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge, to be paid by the customer.

We appreciate your patience! Our cooperative is made up of independent artists working from various locations—many of whom juggle other jobs. Each order is thoughtfully packaged and shipped by the individual seller. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of receiving them, doing our best to ship safely and affordably.

Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS Ground.

Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays, missing packages, or stolen items once marked "delivered" by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in such cases.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at info@aguildforgiving.com, and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review and issue a refund if appropriate.
