All of our pieces are handmade, which means slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. Each item is crafted one at a time, and the uniqueness and imperfections are part of what make our products special. These are not mass-produced goods—we strive to portray each piece as accurately as possible through our photos and descriptions.
 

We want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return an unused item, please contact us at info@aguildforgiving.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
 

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery, and items must arrive unbroken and in their original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund for the merchandise price (not including our shipping costs).
